We only ship to the lower 48 states within the Continental US and all merchandise ships directly from the manufacturer to our customers. Unfortunately we have no control over the delivery companies. Depending on the item you purchased, please allow anywhere between 2-8 weeks for delivery. In most cases if an item ships via UPS, Fed Ex, DHL or USPS depending on the driver in your area, they will either require a signature or leave the package if you are not home. Common carrier truck deliveries are performed by a trucking company contracted by our suppliers. This service is a "Tailgate Delivery"; the driver will move the items to the back of the truck. At that point you will need someone to move them into your building or residence. For items that ship via common freight carrier, you will most likely receive a phone call to set up a delivery appointment. Deliveries are made Monday thru Friday. Some common freight carriers will schedule Saturday appointments at an additional cost. If you are contacted by the delivery company please contact them back immediately as they will not hold merchandise for more than four business days prior to either charging you storage charges which you will be responsible for, or they will ship the order back to the manufacturer and you will be responsible for the inbound and outbound shipping costs plus a 20% restocking fee.
Inside delivery is available for an additional fee, but it depends on your situation and is evaluated on a case by case basis. We also offer White Glove Delivery which provides in-home delivery and light assembly of most furniture and related items as well as removal of all packaging materials.
1. Your item(s) will be transported to a local delivery agent via a line-haul carrier.
2. The local delivery agent will thoroughly inspect the items to assure that they are in deliverable condition.
3. The local delivery agent will call you to schedule a delivery appointment: Deliveries are made between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday and will be scheduled as a 4 hour window.
4. Upon delivery please inspect the item(s). You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage on this receipt or, if refusing a delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on the receipt.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO addresses, so be sure to include a physical address with your order. Be sure all shipping addresses are correct and include a daytime phone number for the recipient of the order. If the address you supply is incorrect we cannot be held responsible for the packages shipped to a wrong address. If the phone number you provided is incorrect, we cannot be held responsible for any storage fees or shipping costs if the order gets shipped back to the manufacturer due to the fact the delivery company was unable to contact you.
Please be sure that the recipients of the order will NOT be out of town as the delivery service may leave the package. We cannot be responsible for any packages left unattended. It will be the buyers responsibility to cover the costs for reshipment of a product in the event that we were provided with either an incorrect address, incorrect phone number, or if the recipient was not available to accept the order, along with being responsible for the original inbound and outbound shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
